We begin building your bench immediately after your onboarding call. Within two weeks, we host a calibration call to align on profiles and priorities. From that point forward, we proactively manage your bench - adding new associates, refreshing profiles, and updating availability, experience, and rates on an ongoing basis. A monthly catch-up call ensures your bench stays tightly aligned with your pipeline and wider business goals.

Can we test the platform before committing long-term?

Yes. Our monthly rolling subscription lets you start without a long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime, giving you the flexibility to scale your usage based on your needs and experience with the platform.

What’s included in the subscription?

Our subscription includes everything you need to build and manage your associate bench. This covers end-to-end sourcing, ongoing bench curation, access to a vetted talent pool, profile updates, and a monthly alignment call. How do we manage confidentiality and non-solictitation?

All associates sign up to stringent confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements upon joining our platform. Additionally, you're welcome to provide any supplementary agreements directly to the associate if needed.For our member clients, we also conduct a contract process alignment review to ensure that all engagements are both: simple - removing unnecessary friction, and secure – protecting sensitive information and business interests.

Is this compliant with IR35 and UK contractor legislation?

Yes. All engagements are managed with IR35 compliance and legal integrity top of mind. We provide transparent advice and contract solutions so your internal teams can operate confidently.
